Private & group dining
Field & Musket is a favorite for rehearsal dinners, reunion weekends, and small celebrations in downtown Gettysburg. We can seat larger parties in the dining room, reserve a section of the heated patio in season, or arrange a partial buyout of the tavern for private events.
For groups, our chef builds a seasonal hearth menu around whatever the Adams County farms are sending that week — a shared-table format that shows off the best of the harvest. Tell us your date, group size, and any dietary needs, and we’ll send options.
- Groups of 7–40 guests, seated or family-style
- Custom seasonal hearth menus & local bar pairings
- Rehearsal dinners, reunions, and corporate gatherings
- Walkable from downtown Gettysburg hotels and inns
To start planning, email table@fieldandmusket.test or call (717) 555-0119.
Good to Know
Reservation questions.
How will I know my table is confirmed?
After you send a request, a member of our team confirms by phone or text — usually within a few hours during business hours. (On this concept site, the form is a demonstration and no request is actually sent.)
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, we hold a limited number of walk-in seats nightly, but weekends fill quickly. A reservation is the surest way to a table, especially in summer.
Can I reserve the patio?
Our heated patio is seasonal and first-come when weather allows, but we can note a patio preference on your request and seat you there when possible.
What about parties of 7 or more?
For larger groups and private dining, please call (717) 555-0119 or email table@fieldandmusket.test so we can plan seating and a group menu.
